The McCain campaign sued to force Virginia to extend the deadline for military absentee ballots from today to Nov 14th. His goal, of course, is to have more military votes, which go overwhelmingly for McCain, count in this vital swing state. A federal judge did order that late ballots be kept so that a future decision might count or not count these votes.
I can't express how badly I want these votes counted, even though it hurts my guy. Anything that moves toward more people getting their votes counted is a good thing.
